1:1 coaching · guys in their 30s

Fail the rep.Not the year.

Get back in shape — and stay there this time. I fly out and train you in person for your first week, then coach you one-on-one for the next 6–12 months.

A missed rep is information. A missed year is what's actually cost you. The fix isn't a harder plan — it's one built around your life, and someone who won't let you drift out of it.

How I coach

No templates.
Four decisions.

I don't hand you a plan off a shelf. We make the same four calls together, in this order, and then we keep adjusting them as your life moves.

01

Assess first

Your history, your schedule, your sleep, what hurts, and what's derailed you before. The plan gets built on that, not on a template.

02

Build around your life

Training that fits a normal week, not your best one — with a short version ready for the weeks that go sideways.

03

Train with intent

The right movements for your body and your gym, the right effort, and something to beat every session.

04

Eat without a diet

A way of putting meals together that survives work dinners, travel and your family's kitchen. Nothing to fall off.

Where it starts

I fly out
to you.

Coaching starts with a full week together in your city, at the gym you'll actually use. It's a working week, not a retreat — we build the system you'll run for the rest of the year. My travel is on me.

  • D1
Arrive and assess. How you move, where you're starting, what we're aiming at.
  • D2
The lifts that matter. Setup, technique, and what your working effort should feel like.
  • D3
The rest of your training. Every movement in your program, coached in person.
  • D4
Systems. Food at home and on the road, the grocery run, how we'll check in.
  • D5
The real-life test. We train at the time you'll actually train, around work and family.
  • D6
Recovery and the plan. Sleep, stress, and a walk-through of your first week alone.
  • D7
Handoff. Final session, the next two weeks on your calendar, first check-in booked.
  • Then 6–12 monthsRemote coaching that keeps adjusting as your schedule, travel and body change.
  • Your programWritten for you and rewritten as you progress — not a PDF you download once.
  • Weekly check-insYou report, I read it properly and write back. This is where the year is won.
  • MessagingQuestions answered between check-ins, including from a hotel gym at 6am.
  • Form feedbackSend video, get technique notes back.
  • Monthly reviewA live call: what moved, what didn't, what changes.

Kickoff

Week 0–1

Assessment and the week in person.

Foundation

Months 1–3

Consistency, technique, the habits that hold.

Build

Months 4–6

Strength climbs. Food gets dialed in.

Transform

Months 7–9

The focused stretch — the part people notice.

Own it

Months 10–12

You run it. That's the whole point.

Why this works

Not another
app plan.

Most online coaching is a template, an app login and a check-in form nobody really reads. Here's what's different when you work with me.

Is this
for you?

I take on a small number of guys, so the fit matters more than the sale. Here's who this works for.

It's for you if

  • You're in your 30s, you used to train, and you fell off
  • Work and family eat your week
  • You're done with challenges that end in six weeks
  • You want a coach in your corner for a year, not a month
  • You'll tell me the truth on the weeks that go badly

It's not if

  • You want a shortcut
  • You're after free tips only
  • You're not ready to start in the next few months

I keep my client list small so every check-in gets my full attention. When it's full, new guys go on a waitlist.

Camello.

The photo on the left is me. I built this for guys like me: busy, in their 30s, who know their way around a gym but keep losing the thread. My job isn't to give you a harder plan. It's to build one that fits your actual life, and to stay on you until it sticks.

That's why it starts with a week in person. It's a lot harder to drift from a plan you built standing next to your coach.

  • Consistency beats intensity. The week you can repeat beats the week that wrecks you.
  • The plan fits your life. Not the other way around.
  • Honesty over hype.No guarantees, no gimmicks, no six-week miracles.

Before we talk

Questions

The ones guys ask me first.

Is the week you fly out a vacation?

No. It's a working week in your city, at your gym, on your schedule. We train, set up your food, and build the systems you'll run for the rest of the year.

What happens on the free call?

About 30 minutes. You tell me where you are, what's gotten in the way before and what you want the next year to look like. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help, and if it's a fit, what working together looks like.

What does coaching cost?

It's a serious investment and we'll talk it through on a free call, once we both know it's a fit. I'd rather hear where you are and what you want first.

What if I've got an old injury?

Tell me on the call. It's part of the assessment, and it shapes what we do. If something needs a doctor or a physio first, I'll say so.

Do you guarantee results?

No one honest promises a number on a scale by a date. What I promise is a plan built for your life, coaching every week, and changes as fast as you need them.

What if I travel for work?

Then we plan for it. Travel weeks are usually the thing that ends a comeback, so we build the version of your week that survives them.

How many clients do you take on?

A small number at a time, on purpose. Every check-in gets read and answered by me, and that only works if I'm not stretched thin.

I'm not ready for 1:1. Where do I start?

The free guide below. It's the same first conversation I'd have with you, in writing.

Ready when you are

Two ways
to start.

If you're ready to commit to a year, apply. If you're not there yet, take the free guide and start on your own this week.
